I would like to express my gratitude and congratulate the Lexus service team headed by Mr Jamie Small of their excellent service. In particular, I would like to give my highest commendation to Mr Robert Saliba for giving me the best Lexus service and experience to date.
I would also like to extend my gratitude to all the technicians, especially the one that handled my car on the day, for their honesty and great work, noticing the smallest details of the changes/ needs in my car ie. that I need to change my registration sticker as they are expiring in 2 days!!).

I have never known any one who goes out of their way so much to ensure that customers are satisfied (talking about Manuel). I previously had my car serviced at another Dealer and absolutely hated it. I drove 2 hrs to get the car serviced only to be told that they hadn't booked it in and so I had to go back home and take it in another day.
